Emmvee’s photovoltaic system to educate students

Emmvee installs photovoltaic system for TEAMS GLOBAL VILLAGE academy

Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Private Limited supplied and installed a 5kW roof top photovoltaic system in TEAMS GLOBAL VILLAGE academy, Thrissur, state of Kerala. TEAMS GLOBAL VILLAGE is formed by a group of professional NRI's in TEAMS IT PARK, Thrissur. The academy aims at imparting the right mix of knowledge, skills and attitude to successfully meet the challenges of dynamic international business environment and expand student’s understanding of the business world through intensive industry interface and bridge the gap between theory and practice.

The academy has introduced Bachelors of Science in “Renewable Energy Management” in its academic program which has been specially formulated to implement and deploy renewable energy sources like solar photovoltaic, wind and solar thermal. The course is recognised by the prestigious Annamalai University.

The 5kW roof top photovoltaic system supplied and installed by Emmvee in the campus of the academy is mainly to demonstrate the concept, designing, components and working of the photovoltaic systems to the students. The power generated by the system is being used for their laboratory.

Mr. D.V.Manjunatha, founder and Managing Director of Emmvee, expressing his views, “it is a great step from the academy to introduce “Renewable Energy Management” as a separate degree in its academics. Inception of renewable energy at this level among students will lead to lot of innovations at all stages, which is very crucial for the industry. We look forward for lot of universities and academies to introduce the same in their academics”.
