Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Ltd. held its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM), its first since the company was listed on the stock exchanges in November 2025.
Shareholders approved a final dividend of INR 1 per equity share of face value INR 2 for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders as of the record date of September 18, 2026, within 30 days of the AGM, subject to applicable tax deductions.
The company reported consolidated revenue from operations of INR 5,050 crore in FY2025-26, up 116 percent year-on-year. Consolidated profit after tax rose 193 percent to INR 1,082 crore during the year.
The growth was supported by higher production volumes, increased manufacturing scale and integrated operations.
Emmvee continued to report growth in the first quarter of FY2026-27, with revenue from operations increasing 51 percent year-on-year and profit after tax rising 103 percent. Its order book stood at approximately 9.9 GW as of June 30, 2026.
The company is developing a 6 GW integrated solar cell and module manufacturing facility at Devanahalli in Karnataka. The facility is expected to strengthen its manufacturing integration and support quality and cost control.
Emmvee currently has approximately 10.3 GW of annual solar module manufacturing capacity and 2.94 GW of TOPCon solar cell manufacturing capacity, with its facilities located within a 100-kilometre radius in Karnataka.
