Energy Efficiency Services Ltd (EESL) has announced that it has signed an agreement with Jaipur Vidyut Nigam to retail super energy-efficient air conditioners in the state to JVVNL consumers.
EESL has rolled out the project as a preliminary project in Jaipur.
In the initial phase, 5,000, 1.5-tonne inverter split super-efficient ACs would be sold to JVVNL consumers in Jaipur on first-come-first-served basis. EESL claims that the super-efficient ACs are 20 per cent more energy efficient than five-star ACs and 50% more energy-efficient than three-star ACs currently sold in the market. The prices are 30% less in both the categories as per market rate, claimed the company officials. The price of the super saver AC is fixed at Rs 41,300 inclusive of GST.
The consumers can advantage the scheme through online portal eeslsmart.in by following a simple registration process trailed by online payment.
