EDF Renewables UK, Octo Energy Partners for Solar, Battery Projects in England and Wales
The move comes as EDF Group plans to double its installed renewable energy capacity from to 50 gigawatts (GW) to 28 GW by 2030

EDF Renewables UK has announced that it has partnered with Welsh renewables company Octo Energy to recognize and deliver 200 megawatts of hybrid solar and battery storage projects in England and Wales.
The move comes as EDF Group plans to double its installed renewable energy capacity from to 50 gigawatts (GW) to 28 GW by 2030.
Octo Energy will seek out prospects for EDF on dual-use sites, working with landowners and farmers who are looking to expand into energy, EDF Renewables UK said.
