Eastman Auto & Power Appoints Rajesh Jindal as CEO

Eastman Auto & Power announces the appointment of Rajesh Jindal as Chief Executive Officer.

Jindal brings with him over 34 years of diverse industry experience, with expertise across Sales, Marketing and Product Management.

Prior to joining Eastman Auto & Power, Jindal served as Chief Marketing Officer (Automotive Batteries – India) and was associated with the marketing and sales department at Amara Raja Energy & Mobility, where he spent 24 years of his professional journey.

Jindal brings to Eastman a deep understanding of customers and markets, built over more than three decades of working closely with customers and channel partners. He has a proven record of strengthening distribution networks, nurturing channel partnerships, and building trusted brands through a customer-first approach. In his past experience, he has institutionalised market insight into disciplined go-to-market strategies and executing them with clarity and accountability. 

In his tenure at Amara Raja Energy & Mobility, Jindal has also mentored generations of sales and marketing professionals and built high-performing teams, and he brings a leadership style marked by integrity, accessibility, and a practical focus on results.
