Dome Group and InSolare Energy are delighted to announce the signing of a joint venture agreement between the two parties to target utility-scale and commercial & industrial ground mounted solar PV projects across the GCC, Yemen and Iraq.
This partnership combines Dome’s local knowledge and experience of the Middle Eastern solar market with InSolare’s deep specialisation in large scale projects in India over the past 15 years. Together, the joint venture aims to become one of the leading EPC solar solution providers in the region.
Khaled Daair, Managing Director, Dome’s Group said, “Having successfully worked together with InSolare on one of our existing solar projects in the UAE, we are happy to have formalized our relationship going forward and to embark on this journey to target larger solar projects across our existing geographic footprint.”
Navashil Sharma, CEO of InSolare added, “This JV brings together the best of both organizations and gives us the opportunity to expand outside of India with a trusted local partner. We look forward to working with Dome and bringing our wealth of experience and expertise to the Middle East”.
The Dome Group, a 100 percent UAE-owned company established in 1997, expanded into the solar market in 2015 with the opening of its subsidiary Dome Advanced Electromechanical Works LLC (DAEW). Since then, DAEW has grown to become one of the UAE’s top Solar EPC companies focused on the commercial & industrial rooftop market, with approximately 50 MW installed across more than 30 projects.
InSolare Energy, headquartered in Bangalore, India with offices in Ahmedabad, Mumbai & New Delhi has become one of India’s leading renewable energy solutions providers since its inception in 2009. It has installed experience of more than 1 GW of capacity across mid to large scale projects in India for over 100 marquee clients.
