DhaSh PV Technologies has launched DhaSh LYNC, an advanced interconnect ribbon and busbar solution designed to meet the growing demand for high-efficiency solar modules.
This solution will be produced at DhaSh’s manufacturing facility located in Sira, Tumkur, Karnataka. The facility begins operations with a manufacturing capacity of 6.5 GW, with plans to scale up to 25 GW by 2026, reinforcing DhaSh’s commitment to drive innovation and support India’s solar energy ambitions.

According to industry reports, every 0.1 per cent improvement in module efficiency can translate into substantial Levelised Cost of Energy (LCOE) savings across utility-scale projects.
DhaSh LYNC has been engineered with the following in mind:
- High conductivity: Ensures low resistive losses, supporting higher module wattage.
- Precision surface coating: Enhances solderability and long-term reliability in demanding environments.
- Process compatibility: Designed for smooth integration into high-speed automated production lines.
Global solar deployment is entering into an unprecedented growth phase. According to BloombergNEF, annual solar PV installations could reach nearly 880 GW by 2030, while the International Energy Agency (IEA) projects about 940 GW annually in its net zero scenario. These figures mark more than a four-fold increase from today’s levels, highlighting solar’s central role in the global energy transition.
With the launch of DhaSh LYNC, DhaSh PV positions itself at the forefront of this transformation, delivering an inter-connected solution designed to meet the performance, reliability and scalability requirements of next-generation solar modules. By minimising energy losses and enhancing long-term durability, DhaSh LYNC directly addresses the priorities of module manufacturers and utility-scale project developers worldwide.
Speaking on the launch, Manjunath N Reddy, Founder and Managing Director (MD), DhaSh, said, “Innovation is in our DNA. DhaSh LYNC is not just a product, it is a step forward in empowering the solar industry with reliable, efficient and future-ready solutions. Our aim is to contribute meaningfully to India’s vision of becoming the global solar capital.”
