In line with its expansion plans, DhaSh PV Technologies, a specialist in PV Junction box manufacturing, has expanded the total production capacity of its Bengaluru manufacturing facility to 11GW from the existing 8 GW capacity.

Bangalore-based DhaSh PV Technologies commissioned a new Junction box manufacturing line last month and penned down its further expansion plan to 50GW by 2025 in a phased manner.

On the expansion move, the company further said that it has seen an increase in demand for its products which reaffirms the faith customers put in the quality of its products. The expansions come amid the positive intent of the Government towards making this country a manufacturing hub and lessening its dependency on other countries as far as importing Solar cells, modules, and components for modules are concerned, it added.

Commenting on the development, Manjunath Reddy, Managing Director & Founder said, Ultra-high power modules have quickly become a mainstream market choice and this new edition of the 3GW Manufacturing facility will be dedicated to the DhaSh Trio Junction box which is most compatible with upcoming technologies such as M10, M12 cell modules.

The DhaSh Trio JB has revealed itself with a much more compact but robust design, increased efficiency & optimized cost, accommodating all the latest technology demands. Reduced overall size for Trio no longer poses any challenge to the bifacial gain of half-cut / G2G modules. The product is suitable for use in all high-efficiency PV Modules having short-circuit currents of up to 18.5~19A.

Established in 2017, DhaSh PV Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is India’s 1st integrated PV junction box manufacturer with experience in clean, renewable, & efficient control.

Meanwhile, the company has invested in its in-house testing machinery which earned various global approvals and a cutting-edge production facility that is future-ready & adaptive to keep up with the ever-evolving nature of renewable energy-based technologies.
