Dharan Infra Solar Bags INR 262 Crore Contract for Solar Projects in Uttar Pradesh
Dharan Infra-EPC’s subsidiary Dharan Infra Solar has won solar power plant contracts worth about INR 262 crore for agriculture feeder solarisation projects across Uttar Pradesh, scheduled for completion by April 2026.

Maharashtra-based infrastructure company Dharan Infra-EPC Ltd., previously known as KBC Global Ltd., has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Dharan Infra Solar has secured work contracts of an aggregate value of about INR 262.10 crore from a leading renewable energy company in India engaged in solar power development.
“We confirm that the contracts awarded relate to the development of a grid-connected solar power plant for the solarisation of segregated agriculture feeders at distribution substations in different districts of Uttar Pradesh,” the company stated in a regulatory filing.
It further added that the project is scheduled to be completed by April 30, 2026.
Earlier this month, the company bagged EPC contracts worth INR 1,171.21 crore from Skymax Infra Power for infrastructure development and renewable-linked works at Orvakal Industrial Park in Andhra Pradesh.
In June 2025, the company announced its foray into the renewable energy sector with the incorporation of Dharan Infra Solar.
