Delta Renewable Energy Awards INR 99 Cr EPC Contract to Remon Solutions for 17.6 MW Solar Projects
Orient Green Power’s subsidiary Delta Renewable Energy has awarded an INR 99.42 crore EPC contract to Remon Solutions for developing 17.60 MW AC (24.64 MW DC) solar power projects in Tamil Nadu.

Wind power developer Orient Green Power Company (OGPCL) has announced that the company’s subsidiary Delta Renewable Energy (Delta) have given an EPC contract worth INR 99.42 crore to Remon Solutions for developing an aggregate installed capacity of 17.60 MW AC (24.64 MW DC) solar power projects in Tamil Nadu.
The Rights Issue Committee of the company’s Board of Directors has approved the EPC contract to be entered into between the company’s subsidiary Delta Renewable Energy (Delta). Subsequently, Delta has signed and executed the aforesaid EPC Contract on December 29, 2025 with Remon, the company stated in a regulatory filing.
As part of the contract, REMON must develop an aggregate installed capacity of 17.60 MW AC (24.64 MW DC) solar power project at one or more locations in Vandavasi Taluk and Chetpet Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District, Tamil Nadu, on EPC basis.
The projects must be completed by May 31, 2026.
Earlier this month, Orient Green Power Company has entered the solar segment with the commissioning of a 7 MW AC project in Tamil Nadu, through its subsidiary Delta Renewable Energy, complementing its existing wind power portfolio.
As part of its foray into the solar power generation segment, OGPCL raised funds through a Rights Issue to implement a 25 MW AC solar power project. Delta is currently in the process of finalising the land parcels for the implementation of the remaining 18 MW AC capacity, the company stated.
