Delta Electronics India Wins 110 MW BESS PCS Supply Deal With Prostarm Info Systems
Delta Electronics India will supply 110 MW of Make-in-India bi-directional power conditioning systems to Prostarm Info Systems for battery energy storage projects, supporting grid stability, renewable integration and large-scale BESS deployments across India.

Delta Electronics India has announced an agreement to supply 100 units of its Make-in-India 1.1 MW bi-directional Power Conditioning Systems (PCS), amounting to a total capacity of 110 MW, to Prostarm Info Systems for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across India.
The PCS units will be deployed in multiple utility-scale energy storage projects, including those undertaken by Bihar State Power Generation Company (BSPGCL) and Adani Electricity Mumbai (AEML). The collaboration aims to strengthen India’s renewable energy integration, grid stability and overall energy resilience by deploying advanced energy infrastructure across metropolitan and regional markets.
Commenting on the development, Niranjan Nayak, Managing Director, Delta Electronics India stated, “The partnership reflects the importance of combining global technology expertise with strong local execution. This engagement marks the largest deployment to date of Delta’s India-manufactured power conditioning systems in the country’s rapidly growing energy storage sector and reinforces the company’s commitment to customer-centric, long-term collaborations supporting India’s energy transition.”
Under the agreement, Prostarm will deploy the bi-directional PCS units across several projects, including AEML’s 11 MW/22 MWh BESS project in Mumbai and standalone BESS projects being developed under the Battery Energy Storage Solution Power Developer (BESSPD) mode in Bihar.
Ram Agarwal, Whole-Time Director and CEO of Prostarm Info Systems too shared his inputs on the latest partnership. He emphasized that the partnership aligns with Prostarm’s focus on delivering advanced energy solutions for utilities and supporting India’s clean energy goals. He added that the collaboration strengthens Prostarm’s energy storage portfolio while setting a benchmark for technology-led partnerships in the evolving power sector.
