DEE Development Engineers said that its wholly owned subsidiary, DEE Fabricom India, had secured an order worth about INR 64 crore, including taxes, from Ganeko Solar to manufacture windmill towers for renewable energy projects.

Under the contract, DEE Fabricom will manufacture 15 EN156 Envision-designed windmill towers, each weighing 353 metric tonnes, for 3.3 MW wind turbines. The project is scheduled to be completed by January 2027, the company said.

The order strengthens the subsidiary's position in India's growing wind energy supply chain as the country continues to expand renewable energy capacity to meet its clean energy targets.

India has accelerated investments in wind and solar power infrastructure in recent years, creating opportunities for engineering and fabrication companies supplying equipment and large-scale components for renewable energy projects.

"This order further reflects customers' confidence in our manufacturing quality and execution capabilities," said K.L. Bansal, CMD, DEE Development Engineers.

Bansal said the wind energy sector was witnessing strong momentum, driven by government policy support, capacity addition targets and increasing investment in clean energy infrastructure. He added that the company would continue to focus on expanding its presence in high-growth infrastructure and renewable energy segments.

DEE Fabricom has been strengthening its capabilities in manufacturing large engineered structures and specialised fabrication products for the renewable energy sector, the company said.

For fiscal year 2026, DEE Development Engineers reported revenue of INR 1,142 crore, up 38 percent from a year earlier. Operating EBITDA rose 54 percent to INR 191 crore, while profit after tax increased 77 percent to INR 77 crore.

The company's order book stood at INR 2,433.9 crore as of May 31, 2026, providing visibility for future execution across its engineering, piping, fabrication and renewable energy businesses, it said.
