Adyant Alpha Power, a Datta Infra Group company, has signed a 110 MW Wind Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with SJVN for a wind power project in Davanagere, Karnataka.

The company secured the capacity at a tariff of INR 3.64/kWh in SJVN’s auction in March 2026 to develop 600 MW ISTS-connected wind power projects.

With this agreement, Datta Infra Group’s cumulative signed PPA capacity has crossed 600 MW, with power offtake agreements secured with various reputed buyers, the company stated.

The tender for this was floated in September 2025.

The scope of work includes developing these projects along with the transmission network up to the interconnection/delivery point. The developer must also install and maintain a GPS-enabled automatic weather station (AWS).

The tender proposed to promote only commercially established and operational technologies to minimise the technology risk and to achieve the timely commissioning of the projects. Wind turbines to be used in the project must be listed in the Approved List of Models and Manufacturers.

The developer must maintain a capacity utilisation factor (CUF) of at least 22 percent.

Datta Infra currently has 50 MW of commissioned capacity and more than 300 MW of wind power projects under construction.
