Cummins India Showcases Next-Gen Power Solutions at EXCON 2025

Cummins India has rolled out its next-generation power lineup at Cummins India during EXCON 2025, spotlighting a new CPCB IV+ compliant 82.5 kVA genset designed for construction, mining and infrastructure use.

The compact genset is built to deliver higher fuel efficiency, low noise operation and dependable performance, making it suitable for India’s fast-growing quick-commerce, construction and heavy-duty project sites.

Alongside the genset, the company showcased advanced diesel and hydrogen internal combustion engines along with next-generation emission control systems aimed at helping manufacturers meet tighter emission norms.

Shveta Arya, Managing Director, Cummins India Ltd., said that the company’s participation at EXCON 2025 reflects its long-standing commitment to powering the country’s infrastructure journey with reliable, 'Made in India' technologies for domestic and global markets.

The power portfolio included the QSB4.5, L10 and M15 diesel engines, the B6.7H hydrogen internal combustion engine, and the 9-inch Single Module aftertreatment system, all focused on higher uptime, lower operating costs and cleaner emissions for heavy-duty applications.

Cummins India also highlighted its focus on localised manufacturing to strengthen service support and improve product reliability across India’s diverse operating conditions.
