Credifin Launches EV Startup Loan for Entrepreneurs

Jalandhar-headquartered NBFC Credifin has announced the launch of an electric vehicle (EV) startup loan under which it will provide loans of up to INR 50 lakh to individuals or companies aspiring to establish EV dealerships or related businesses.

To give a boost to entrepreneurs planning to start electric vehicle (EV) businesses, Credifin Ltd. has announced the launch of EV Startup Loans. The company is a listed NBFC on the Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India. 

Headquartered in Jalandhar with a corporate office in Delhi-NCR, Credifin is set to provide loans of up to INR 50 lakh to individuals or companies aspiring to establish EV dealerships or related businesses.

Shalya Gupta, CEO, Credifin Ltd., informed that the EV startup loan ensures that setting up a green business is as seamless as possible. The finance company will offer end-to-end support from business leads to dealership registration.

Credifin EV Startup Loan has been designed as a comprehensive ecosystem support model that will not only offer entrepreneurs with issues relating to finance, but also help in dealership setup, business tie-ups with reputed EV manufacturers (at no additional cost), and trade advances to procure inventory. The finance company will also provide vehicle financing for end customers. Entrepreneurs will also receive help from local authorities in dealing with liaisons, customer acquisition, and marketing support.

Targeting the creation of 1,000 EV entrepreneurs over the next two to three years, the company is leveraging its wide footprint in over 200 locations across 13 states to democratise EV entrepreneurship in India. With more than 100 existing OEM partnerships across the e-rickshaw, L5, and electric two-wheeler segments.
