Maxvolt Energy has attained a pivotal step toward a sustainable and self-reliant energy future by officially receiving the land acquisition letter from Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath ji during the 'Uttar Pradesh – Udhyam Pradesh' event on International MSME Day.

The event was hosted at Lok Bhawan Sabha Sagar, Lucknow, under the UP Government's ongoing commitment to innovation, entrepreneurship, and industrial resurgence across the state.

Maxvolt Energy has acquired 23,524 square meters of land in Aligarh with the idea of establishing a world-class state-of-the-art lithium battery recycling and repurposing plant. This new strategic location is situated near from Maxvolt's existing manufacturing plant in Ghaziabad, which will streamline the supply chain and promote smooth operational synergy between the two sites.

This is an initiative aligns with Maxvolt's vision for the future, to reduce India’s dependency on imported lithium raw materials and pursue closed-loop battery lifecycle management, which further promotes energy independence and environmental protection.

Satendra Shukla, CEO of Maxvolt Energy, shared his views on this achievement, and said, "We are deeply honoured to receive the land acquisition letter from Hon’ble CM Yogi ji. The support from the Uttar Pradesh Government reinforces our commitment towards building a circular battery economy in tandem with clean energy transition of India. This facility would not only approach environmental challenges of the greatest importance but also enhance local employment and foster innovation within the state."

Adding to the vision, Maxvolt Energy's Co-Founder & CTO, Vishal Gupta, stated, "This project is a milestone for Maxvolt and for India's green energy aspirations. With the encouragement of the Uttar Pradesh Government, we are taking a significant step towards developing sustainable lithium battery solutions that are made, maintained, and renewed in India. We want to establish an ecosystem that supports the environment as well as the economy."

This collaboration of Maxvolt Energy is a new chapter in the state's sustainable industrial development and clean technology innovation.
