Market intelligence platform for wind and solar energy Clir Renewables has unveiled its refreshed brand, including a new website and logo.

The company’s new identity represents a natural evolution for the company, which turned five at the start of the year.

Commenting on the development, Gareth Brown, Chief Executive Officer, Clir Renewables said “as we grow, we continue to innovate, finding new ways to combine data, technology and industry expertise to help maximize the financial returns of wind and solar energy portfolios. In the past few months we’ve applied our unique data-driven approach to insurance and M&A with the launch of two new services — Clir Risk and Clir M&A. Our new brand is a representation of this continued innovation.”

With a new logo, wordmark and colour scheme, the new identity draws upon the company’s origins while looking to the future.

“In creating our new visual identity we drew inspiration from wind turbines and the sun, as well as Clir’s vision of using data intelligence as a north star for wind and solar investments,” said David Gilmour, Director of Marketing, Clir Renewables.

The reimagined brand is representative of the company’s pioneering approach to using intelligence drawn from industry data to providing owners and asset managers with insight to drive improved performance, risk mitigation, insurance and financing.

The company has accelerated renewable energy production - improving the economics of projects and ultimately reducing human impact on the planet by further incentivizing the shift away from fossil fuels. It combined the industry’s largest contextual operational dataset of over 200 GW with powerful AI that was built, designed and supported by decades of renewable energy expertise. The company provides investors and renewable energy professionals with the insights and tools they need to assess and optimize wind and solar projects.

The 2017-founded company works with renewable energy investors and their asset managers across Europe, Africa, the Americas and Asia.
