Cliantech to Equip Alpex Solar's Kosi Facility with Cutting-Edge Solar Production Line

Alpex Solar has appointed Cliantech Solutions to develop and implement complete turnkey solutions for their manufacturing line.

Cliantech Solutions will install a 1.2 GW fully automated solar panel manufacturing line for Alpex Solar at its new facility at Kosi Kotwan in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.

Cliantech’s success comes from its strategic partnerships with leading technology companies such as GAORUN, which ensures its customers access to maximum quality at minimal cost. The suppliers in this project are Gaorun (Line Automation), Visual (laminators), Asicpy (EL Tester), and HSPV (Sun Simulator/IV Tester).

Alpex Solar, the solar panel manufacturer based in North India, recently acquired land at Kosi Kotwan in Mathura from the Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA) for its new facility. The land is spread over 7 acres and is worth about INR 20 crore and is well located on National Highway 19, which provides excellent logistics and vendor support.

With the addition of the new facility, the company's total capacity will be enhanced to 2.4 GW by the end of 2025.

Alpex solar panels are widely used and have been empaneled with public sector utilities (PSUs). The panels have been approved by reputed organizations like NTPC, Coal India Limited (CIL), and NLC India Limited (NLC).

Ashwani Sehgal, Managing Director of Alpex Solar Limited, highlighted the importance of the new location for the company's expansion plans, noting its easy access and logistical advantages. "The industrial area at Kosi Kotwan in Mathura is almost an extended part of NCR, easily accessible through the National Highway within an hour's distance, providing logistical and vendor support advantages," said Sehgal.
