CleanMax to Procure 1,550 MW Wind Turbines from Envision Energy
CleanMax has approved a term sheet to procure 1,550 MW of wind turbine generators, comprising 310 WTGs of 5 MW each, from Envision Energy India, for its wind power projects.

Under the term sheet, the company will procure 310 WTGs of 5 MW each together with supervision, technical support for installation, and commissioning services, CleanMax stated in a regulatory filing.
Clean Max stated that definitive agreements will be executed in seven phases, commencing from the execution of the term sheet and concluding before December 31, 2028. The company has classified the arrangement as a term sheet for the supply of wind turbine generators, with the contract size standing at 1,550 MW.
The procurement is expected to support Clean Max’s ongoing development of wind power projects and expand its renewable energy portfolio.
