The Andhra Pradesh Government has approved a 200 MW solar power park proposed by Yashaswa Power LLP, a group company of CleanMax Enviro, in Sathya Sai district.

The project will be developed with an investment of INR 1,200 crore and will comprise 200 MW AC (300 MWp DC) capacity. It will be located across Beechiganipalle and nearby villages in Parigi Mandal and is expected to generate around 445 million units of electricity annually.

According to official estimates, the solar park will create nearly 690 direct and indirect jobs in the region. Spanning about 1,200 acres, the project will be connected to the 400/220 kV APTransco Hindupur substation, enabling reliable evacuation of power into the state grid.

A government release said that the investment aligns with the AP Integrated Clean Energy Policy 2024 and reinforces Andhra Pradesh’s position as a key destination for large-scale renewable energy projects.

CleanMax Enviro provides renewable energy and net-zero decarbonisation solutions to commercial and industrial clients across India. The company has also launched its INR 3,100 crore initial public offering (IPO), open from February 23 to 25, 2026, with a price band of INR 1,000–1,053 per share. The shares are expected to list on the BSE and NSE in early March.
