Chargeup, India’s EV tech platform for last-mile drivers, has partnered with Eleven to roll out INR 50 crore in ‘Green Clean Loans’ and provide comprehensive health coverage to India’s last-mile driving community.
The initiative targets 10,000 drivers, combining EV financing, insurance, and digital support to address high upfront EV costs and limited access to affordable healthcare.
The program leverages Eleven’s ecosystem, SV Credit Line (SVCL) for EV loans, aiqa Health for insurance and medical benefits, and Finncub for end-to-end digital facilitation, integrated via Chargeup’s technology platform. A daily hardship allowance compensates drivers for lost income during hospitalisation, ensuring financial continuity during medical emergencies.
Varun Goenka, Founder and CEO of Chargeup, said, “Our Green Clean Loans initiative ensures drivers access sustainable mobility while remaining financially and medically protected against unforeseen shocks.”
Karan Chopra of Eleven Group added, “Through finance, health, and digital enablement, this partnership empowers grassroots communities to pursue sustainable livelihoods with confidence.”
Chargeup has previously enabled over 8,000 drivers to adopt EVs, facilitating INR 8.64 crore in disbursements. This new program expands that reach, integrating mobility, inclusive finance, and wellness support under a single framework.
