Canadian Solar Completes its Continuance from the Jurisdiction of British Columbia to Ontario

Canadian Solar Inc. announced that it has continued from the corporate jurisdiction under the laws of the province of British Columbia to the corporate jurisdiction under the laws of the province of Ontario pursuant to the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) as of July 29, 2022 (the Continuance).

The Continuance was approved by a special resolution of shareholders at the Company's annual and special meeting held on June 22, 2022. 

No action will be required by existing shareholders with respect to the Continuance.
