Bondada Engineering has announced that the company has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) worth INR 1,050 crore from Adani Group for supplying and installing Balance of System (BoS) for a 650 MW solar power project at Khavda Renewable Energy Park, Gujarat.

“The scope of work includes complete design, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality assurance, packing, and delivery of materials at the site. The scope also covers onsite services, including receipt, unloading, storage, handling, installation, testing, and commissioning of free-issue materials, along with associated civil, mechanical, electrical, and structural works required for successful project commissioning,” the company stated in a regulatory filing.

The order will be completed within one year from the receipt of the LoI, it said.

“This LOI reaffirms the company’s continued participation and recognition in the renewable energy infrastructure domain, further strengthening its order book and execution pipeline,” it said.

Last month, Bondada Engineering announced the commissioning of 78.3 MW of solar power projects for leading Independent Power Producers (IPPs), including NLC, Paradigm IT, and Mahagenco, across multiple locations in Hingoli, Dhule, and Pathardi (Maharashtra), Neyveli (Tamil Nadu), and Amaravati (Andhra Pradesh).

In May 2025, the company secured an INR 9,000 crore project to develop 2,600 MWp of solar power projects in Andhra Pradesh. From FY2026 to FY2028, the company plans to roll out the project in phases, with 250 MW, 750 MW, and 1,000 MW implemented each year, respectively. Starting FY2029, Bondada expects annual revenue of INR 1,160 crore from its Independent Power Producer (IPP) operations.
