Bondada Engineering has announced signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Insolation Green Energy, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Insolation Energy (INA Solar), for the supply of ALMM-I and ALMM-II compliant solar modules for the period January 2027 to December 2028.

“The agreement secures priority module supply for Bondada’s upcoming solar projects, strengthening supply chain certainty in anticipation of the ALMM-II framework,” the company stated in a social media post.

It further added that this partnership reinforces Bondada Engineering’s focus on preparedness, indigenous sourcing, and seamless execution as it scales renewable energy infrastructure across India.

The company has a solar EPC pipeline of approximately 3.3 GW. In December 2025, it secured an INR 391.38 crore Balance of System (BoS) EPC order from NTPC Green Energy for the development of a 300 MW solar project in Lalitpur, Uttar Pradesh. The company also secured an INR 945.11 crore order from NLC India Renewables for balance-of-system works for 810 MW of solar projects at the RVUNL Solar Park in Bikaner, Rajasthan.

In November 2025, the company announced entering into a five-year partnership with Adani Group for developing large-scale solar projects across India. As the first project under this partnership, the company received a Letter of Intent worth INR 1,050 crore from Adani Group for BoS supply and installation for a 650 MW solar project at Khavda Renewable Energy Park in Gujarat.

In another development, INA Solar announced that it has entered into a strategic partnership with IIT Bombay to enhance module performance in the field and strengthen quality in its manufacturing.

“This collaboration reinforces our shared commitment to building world-class technology in line with the Make in India and Aatmanirbhar Bharat vision, while giving students and researchers hands-on exposure to real engineering challenges, industry mentorship, and emerging digital infrastructure technologies,” INA Solar stated.
