Bondada Engineering Secures INR 469 Crore BoS Contract from Adani Group
Bondada Engineering has secured orders worth INR 469.52 crore from the Adani Group for Balance of System works on a 250 MW solar power project at Khavda, Gujarat.

Bondada Engineering has announced that the company has secured multiple orders aggregating to INR 469.52 crore from Adani Group.
The orders pertain to the supply of goods and onsite services for the Balance of System (BOS) package for a 250 MW Solar Power Project at Khavda, Gujarat. With this, the company's cumulative executed capacity for the Adani Group has reached 975 MW, the company stated in a regulatory filing.
The orders have been received from Adani Green Energy and Adani Green Energy Six. The orders must be executed within 8 months from the receipt of the order, stated the company.
“These orders further strengthen the Company's growing order book in the renewable energy infrastructure segment and reaffirm its strong execution capabilities in delivering large-scale solar infrastructure projects for marquee clients,” stated the company.
With this order, the company's total solar EPC order book in hand has increased to approximately 5.5 GWp, providing strong execution momentum and sustained growth visibility over the coming quarters.
Last year, Bondada Group signed a 5-year framework agreement with Adani Group to support large-scale renewable energy projects across India.
Earlier this month, Bondada Engineering secured an INR 816.01 crore EPC order from NTPC Green Energy for BOS works and three-year O&M of a 600 MW solar PV project at Fatehgarh, Rajasthan.
In FY26, Bondada Engineering’s revenue grew by 81 percent year-on-year to INR 28,428 million, and net profit increased by 86.5 percent to INR 2,110.8 million, driven by strong execution in renewable energy and telecom segments, the company stated.
