Bondada Engineering Reports 153 Percent Revenue Surge in H1 FY26

BEL’s order book stands at INR 5,989 crore, supported by ongoing and upcoming projects across renewable energy, telecom, railways, BESS, and manufacturing.

Hyderabad-based solar EPC and infrastructure company Bondada Engineering Ltd. (BEL) has reported a strong financial performance for the first half of FY 2025-26, with revenue rising by 153 percent to INR 1,216 crore and profit after tax (PAT) jumping 151 percent to INR 92.56 crore.

The company’s renewable energy segment contributed INR 955 crore, accounting for 78 percent of total revenue. BEL’s order book stands at INR 5,989 crore, supported by ongoing and upcoming projects across renewable energy, telecom, railways, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and manufacturing.

With over 78 MW of solar projects commissioned and approvals for 2 GW of upcoming projects, BEL is well-positioned to capitalise on India’s renewable energy goals of achieving 500 GW of non-fossil fuel capacity by 2030.

According to the company, BEL’s operational efficiency continues to strengthen, with operating profits reaching INR 143.03 crore and margins expanding to 11.8 percent. The company maintains a strong balance sheet with a low debt-equity ratio of 0.34, a RoCE of 29.6 percent, and an interest coverage ratio of 8.38.

Expanding into emerging sectors such as BESS and data centres, BEL is aligning its growth with the country’s clean energy and digital infrastructure goals.
