Bondada Engineering has received in-principle approval from the National Stock Exchange of India for the migration of its equity shares from the BSE SME platform to the NSE main board.
The approval, conveyed through a letter dated October 14, follows an earlier in-principle approval from BSE on September 9 for the company's migration from the BSE SME platform to its main board.
The company said it would complete the remaining formalities in accordance with applicable regulatory and stock exchange requirements before the migration is finalised.
The move is expected to improve Bondada Engineering's visibility in the capital markets and support its long-term growth plans, the company said.
"Receiving in-principle approval from NSE for migration to the Main Board is an important milestone in Bondada Engineering’s growth journey. Following the earlier approval from BSE, this marks a significant step towards establishing our presence on the Main Boards of both exchanges," said Dr. Bondada Raghavendra Rao, chairman and managing director of Bondada Engineering.
“We believe this development will enhance our visibility in the capital markets and strengthen our engagement with stakeholders as we continue to expand our capabilities across renewable energy, battery energy storage systems (BESS) and other critical infrastructure segments. We remain committed to sustainable growth, operational excellence and creating long-term value for our stakeholders,” he added.
The company operates across renewable energy, telecommunications infrastructure, railways, battery energy storage systems and other infrastructure segments.
