Bondada Engineering has announced that the company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Bryanston Renewables FZCO, Dubai, UAE, for the development of green-powered data centres in India and select international markets.
This collaboration marks the company’s strategic entry into the rapidly expanding digital infrastructure segment and reinforces its commitment to delivering sustainable, green-powered infrastructure solutions aligned with India's evolving digital and energy transition landscape, the company said in a regulatory filing.
“This MOU establishes a framework for joint development of Data Centres and is ready to develop/deploy Data Centre project packages powered by green energy for domestic and international Investors/Data Centre Operators (DCO's),” it said.
It further added that India’s digital economy continues to witness strong structural growth, supported by policy initiatives announced in the Union Budget 2026. These include the accelerated expansion of digital infrastructure, incentives for energy-efficient and green data centres, promotion of domestic data storage capacity, and encouragement of renewable-powered digital ecosystems. Together, these measures reflect a strategic rationale aimed at strengthening India’s digital backbone while aligning growth with sustainability and self-reliance objectives.
“With a strong footprint in Infrastructure, Telecomm Networking, Solar Energy, BESS and Data Centre MEP areas, Bondada Engineering is strategically poised to align its long-term objectives with the vision of the Government of India in the Data Centre space,” the company said.
