Bondada Engineering Commissions 120.46 MWp of Solar Projects Across Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu

Bondada Engineering has announced the commissioning of 120.46 MWp of solar projects in December 2025 across multiple clusters in Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu for Paradigm IT, MAHAGENCO, and NLC India.

Bondada Engineering has announced that the company has successfully commissioned solar projects of 120.46 MWp capacity during December 2025 for Paradigm IT, MAHAGENCO, and NLC India across multiple project clusters located in Dhule, Amaravati, Hingoli, Pathardi, Shevgaon, Kannad, and Dharni in Maharashtra and Neyveli in Tamil Nadu.

Notably, the Company has doubled its monthly commissioning volumes on a month-on-month basis over the last two consecutive months, reflecting strong execution momentum, enhanced project management capabilities, and improved operational efficiencies within the solar EPC segment, the company stated in a regulatory filing.

“This achievement represents a significant milestone in the company's contribution to India's National Renewable Energy Mission, reinforcing its role as a reliable EPC partner in the country's clean energy transition. The timely and successful commissioning of these projects highlights the company's ability to deliver large-scale renewable infrastructure projects with consistency, speed, and quality,” it said.

It further added that the Solar Division demonstrated high levels of technical expertise, disciplined execution and adherence to stringent quality and safety standards across all project locations, ensuring seamless delivery as per customer expectations.

Earlier this week, Bondada Engineering received an INR 627 crore Letter of Award from AP TRANSCO to develop a 225 MW/450 MWh standalone BESS project at Hindupur in Andhra Pradesh under the BOO model.

In December 2025, Bondada Engineering secured an INR 391.38 crore Balance of System (BoS) EPC order from NTPC Green Energy for the development of a 300 MW solar project in Lalitpur, Uttar Pradesh. With this, the company's total EPC orders in hand reached approximately 3.3 GW, providing strong growth visibility and execution momentum over the coming quarters.

In December 2025, the company also secured an INR 945.11 crore order from NLC India Renewables for balance-of-system works for 810 MW of solar projects at the RVUNL Solar Park in Bikaner, Rajasthan.

In November 2025, the company announced entering into a five-year partnership with Adani Group for developing large-scale solar projects across India. As the first project under this partnership, the company received a Letter of Intent worth INR 1,050 crore from Adani Group for BoS supply and installation for a 650 MW solar project at Khavda Renewable Energy Park in Gujarat.

In November 2025, the company also received a Letter of Award worth INR 465 crore from Maharashtra State Power Generation Company (MAHAGENCO) to set up a 100 MW solar power project in Maharashtra.

In H1 FY26, the company reported that its revenue rose by 153 percent to INR 1,216 crore and profit after tax (PAT) jumped 151 percent to INR 92.56 crore. Its renewable energy segment contributed INR 955 crore, accounting for 78 percent of total revenue. BEL's order book stands at INR 5,989 crore, supported by ongoing and upcoming projects across renewable energy, telecom, railways, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and manufacturing, it stated.
