Bondada Engineering has announced that the company has secured a Balance of System (BoS) order worth about INR 391.38 crore for setting up 300 MW solar projects at Lalitpur, Uttar Pradesh, under EPC, from NTPC Green Energy.

The scope of works includes Design, engineering, site development, manufacture, inspection at the supplier’s works, supply, insurance, transport, storage, erection, installation, testing and commissioning of a total capacity of 300 MW solar power project, the company stated in a regulatory filing.

The company will also be providing operations and maintenance (O&M) services for a period of three years, it said.

The project must be completed within 15 months from the receipt of the letter of award (LoA). The order is expected to be executed within the stipulated timeline and will contribute meaningfully to the company’s revenue and profitability during the execution period, while enhancing long-term stakeholder value.

“This prestigious order reinforces the company's strong execution capabilities, deepening engagement with marquee PSU clients, and growing footprint in utility-scale solar infrastructure projects. The award further enhances order book visibility and medium-term revenue growth prospects,” the company asserted.

It further added that with the receipt of this order, the company's total EPC orders in hand now stand at approximately 3.3 GW, providing strong growth visibility and execution momentum over the coming quarters.
