BluPine Energy Bags 150 MW in SJVN’s FDRE Auction
BluPine Energy has secured 150 MW in SJVN’s FDRE auction, supplying peak-hour renewable power with storage integration. The 25-year PPA strengthens grid reliability and advances India’s 24x7 clean energy transition.

BluPine Energy, a renewable energy developer in India, has secured 150 MW under SJVN Green Energy Ltd.’s 1.5 GW (6 GWh) Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) auction. The tender focuses on providing assured peak-hour renewable power integrated with energy storage solutions.
The project will be executed by Solarcraft Power India 16 Pvt. Ltd., BluPine Energy’s special purpose vehicle (SPV), at a competitive tariff of INR 6.75/kWh.

The awarded capacity will supply firm renewable power during critical peak hours, from 00:00 to 08:00 and 17:00 to 24:00 daily, strengthening grid stability and helping utilities meet rising morning and evening demand with clean energy. The 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) offers long-term visibility and reinforces BluPine Energy’s expanding national footprint.
This win propels the company toward its goal of a more than 4 GW portfolio of solar, wind, and hybrid projects by FY2027. With a growing pipeline of solar-wind-storage assets, BluPine Energy continues positioning itself as a key partner in India’s energy transition, delivering bankable and dispatchable clean power for utilities and industries alike.
