Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has announced that it has released a tender for the purchasing of 1,500 metric tons of module mounting structure (MMS) columns for setting up 129 MW of solar power projects at four sites in Telangana.
BHEL, Electronics Division, Bangalore is setting up the 129MW Grid-connected Solar PV Power Plant for SCCL (Singareni Collieries). This 129 MW SPV Plant is positioned at four diverse sites in Telangana, Ramagudam where 50 MW of the capacity is being developed. STPP, Pegadapally with 10 MW capacity, Manuguru with 30 MW capacity and finally Yellandu with 39 MW capacity.
To be entitled, the bidder needs to be a manufacturer and to have in-house cold roll forming facility with a minimum capacity of 400MT per month for any profiles all put together or minimum capacity of 500MT for any 1 month within the past three years Jan ’16 – Jan ’19.
Vendors will also be required to furnish the solvency certificate issued by nationalized/scheduled banks for a minimum worth of Rs 2 crore, with the date of issue not before 6 months from tender opening date. The last date for the submission of bids is February 15, 2019. The technical bids will open on the same date.
