Bhagyanagar India Signs PPA with UPNEDA for 65.7 MW Solar Projects Under PM-KUSUM
Bhagyanagar India has announced that its subsidiary Crescentia Technology has signed a 25-year PPA with the Uttar Pradesh New and Renewable Energy Development Agency (UPNEDA) for 65.7 MW of solar projects to be developed with an approximate investment of INR 230 crore, under the PM KUSUM scheme.

Hyderabad-based Bhagyanagar India Ltd. has announced that its subsidiary Crescentia Technology has signed a 25-year power purchase agreement (PPA) with Uttar Pradesh New and Renewable Energy Development Agency (UPNEDA) for 65.7 MW solar power projects.
The company in March 2025 intimated that it was awarded 11 Letter of Awards (LOAs) with a total allotted capacity of 65.7 MW of solar power generator through RESCO Mode for setting up grid-connected Solar Power Plants.
It was to be set up under the feeder level solarisation of PM KUSUM component C2 from Uttar Pradesh New and Renewable Energy Development Agency with an approximate investment of INR 230 crore. Subsequently, the company acquired a special purpose vehicle (SPV) – Crescentia Technology, for setting up the project.
Established in 1985, Bhagyanagar India manufactures copper and copper alloy products, serving primarily Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). Going beyond its core business, the company has diversified into telecom, real estate, and renewable energy, including solar and wind power projects.
