ArMee Infotech has secured two Letters of Award (LOAs) worth INR 740.97 crore, including GST, from Bondada Engineering for executing amended Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Balance of System (BOS) packages for a 600 MW solar power project at Fatehgarh in Rajasthan.
The orders cover two 300 MW AC blocks of the project. ArMee Infotech has been awarded the EPC BOS package for Block 1, with a contract value of INR 375.18 crore, including GST, while the Block 3 package carries a contract value of INR 365.79 crore, including GST. Together, the two contracts cover a total capacity of 600 MW AC.
Under the awarded scope, ArMee Infotech will undertake comprehensive engineering, procurement, manufacturing and supply activities for the Balance of System works. The company will also be responsible for erection, installation, testing and commissioning of the solar plant's BOS infrastructure, along with associated power evacuation infrastructure.
The scope further includes three years of Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for designated plant equipment. These activities will be carried out in accordance with the applicable project specifications and quality standards.
The company said that the order significantly strengthens its renewable energy order book and supports its strategy of building a diversified portfolio across EPC execution, power infrastructure and clean energy solutions. ArMee Infotech also said the award demonstrates its technical capabilities and execution strength in large scale renewable energy infrastructure projects.
The LOAs have been issued pending execution of definitive EPC BOS contracts between ArMee Infotech and Bondada Engineering. According to the company, project execution, commercial terms and timelines will be governed by the definitive agreements and undertaken on a back to back basis.
The order comes as ArMee Infotech continues to expand its presence in the renewable energy EPC segment. The company received in principle approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for its initial public offering in February 2026 and is expected to pursue a listing on the BSE and NSE.
