Arctech Brings Smart Solar Rooftop II BIPV Solution for C&I Segment

Arctech Solar, a leading solar tracking, racking and BIPV system provider, has officially launched its Smart Solar Rooftop II BIPV System for commercial and industrial (C&I) industry.

The company said that this new generation BIPV system will redefine the concept of commercial and industrial solar rooftop system.

After conducting an in-depth exploration of the application of the BIPV system since 2016. Now, it has successfully adopted the BIPV system in its factories, as well as applied it for many projects across the world, including the 40.9 MW Fengcheng project which is the largest BIPV project in China to date.

During the launch event, Shijun Zhou, Head of Arctech Solar’s BIPV Business, said that, “the whole industry is embracing a booming market of BIPV system now, especially for the large-scale industrial plants which constructed 10 years ago, are now entering the phase of replacement.”

Zhou further said that “with BIPV’s multiple benefits, we believe it will be the ideal choice for industrial and commercial roof replacement. Compared with BAPV, the Arctech Solar Smart Rooftop II BIPV system has a higher power generation capacity, longer lifetime, and most importantly, the lower overall cost for investors.”

The company claimed that it’s Smart Rooftop II BIPV system inherited it’s technical genes and perfectly combines the photovoltaic (PV) functionalities and reliable building materials. It also matches the expected conventional building standards, such as anti-leakage, anti-sedimentation, anti-expansion.

Through applying water guide, the company’s upgraded system systematically improves waterproofing and overall product performance.

Meanwhile, the company said that its product is continuously upgraded and optimized by R&D team with its flexibility and high-efficiency for customers’ needs in different scenarios.
