Alpex Solar Appoints Udaya Sehgal as Chief Financial Officer
Greater Noida-based solar module manufacturer Alpex Solar has appointed Udaya Sehgal as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective June 4, 2025.

“The Board approved the re-designation of Udaya Sehgal as the Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect from June 04, 202,” the company stated in a regulatory filing.
This appointment comes post the resignation of outgoing CFO Amit Ghai. Udaya Sehgal is a relative of the company's Managing Director Ashwani Sehgal.
Shegal has a B.Sc in Business Management from King's College London and an M.Sc in Strategic Marketing from Imperial College London. “She brings over six years of experience as a Manager at Bytedance (parent company of TikTok), along with prior experience as a Senior Executive at HT Media,” the company said.
“Her blend of financial acumen, operational expertise, and growth insight enables her to align financial strategies with broader business objectives. She has a proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives, enhancing process efficiency, and delivering results in high-growth environments,” it said.
