Mumbai-based Aerem has unveiled a refreshed brand identity and new logo as part of its strategy to position itself as a long-term, full-lifecycle distributed solar solutions provider by 2030.
The company said that the rebranding reflects its transition from a behind-the-scenes operator to a dependable partner focused on predictable performance, accountability, lifecycle asset management and operational reliability across the distributed solar value chain.
Aerem’s new visual identity is inspired by honeybee comb structures, using hexagonal geometry to symbolize efficiency, strength and abundance. The logo also incorporates triangular elements representing energy distribution and forward momentum toward sustainable energy adoption. Layered green tones in the design signify growth, sustainability and clean energy.
According to the company, the new identity aligns with its integrated NETZERO finance and EPC architecture, aimed at delivering end-to-end solar solutions for commercial, industrial and residential customers.
Anand Jain said that the repositioning strengthens Aerem’s presence across both B2B and B2C segments while reinforcing accountability in financing, monitoring and asset performance.
He added that the company’s broader mission is to accelerate the clean energy transition by improving participation and access, supported by values such as precision, modularity, purposeful curiosity and energy awareness.
Nilesh Malani said that the new identity reflects Aerem’s focus on operational excellence, trust and long-term dependability in distributed solar, with an emphasis on delivering impact throughout the complete energy lifecycle.
