Advait Greenergy Secures INR 129.39 EPCC Contract for 67.5 MWp Solar Projects in Khavda
Advait Energy Transitions’ subsidiary, Advait Greenergy, has secured an EPCC contract worth INR 129.39 crore from KPI Green Energy for 67.5 MWp ground-mounted solar projects in Khavda, Gujarat.

Advait Energy Transitions has announced that its subsidiary Advait Greenergy has secured an EPCC contract worth INR 129.39 crore for 67.5 MWp ground-mounted solar projects from KPI Green Energy.
The scope of work includes design, engineering, supply, and testing for 67.5 MWp ground-mounted solar projects including Material Supplies, BOS and various services at Khavda, Kutch, Gujarat. The project will be executed within six months, the company stated in a regulatory filing.
Earlier this month, Advait Energy Transitions won an EPC order worth INR 7.43 crore from Gujarat BESS to develop a 180 MW/360 MWh battery energy storage system in Sanand, Gujarat.
In March 2025, Advait Energy Transitions secured an execution of turnkey solutions contract from Adani Green Energy Six for a 100 MWac solar project at the Khavda Hybrid Renewable Power Project in Gujarat.
In January 2025, the company entered into an off-taker memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Haryana City Gas Distribution (Bhiwadi) Ltd. for setting up a 2,000 MTPA green hydrogen plant.
The company also received a letter of award (LoA) from Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) for product-linked incentive (PLI) for setting up 200 MW alkaline electrolyser manufacturing in India under SIGHT Scheme Tranche-ll.
It also secured an order from Karnataka Renewable Energy Development to integrate 40,000 off-grid solar pumps with SCADA software under the PM KUSUM Component 'B' scheme.
Established in 2009, Advait Energy Transitions offers products and end-to-end solutions for power transmission, substation, and telecommunication infrastructure. The company has diversified into renewable energy in 2023 through its subsidiaries A&G Hydrogen Technologies, Advait Greenergy and Advait Energy Holdings.
“The company specialises in stringing tools, ACS wire manufacturing, OPGW operations, ERS, turnkey telecom projects, live line installations, green energy, Alkaline and PEM electrolyser systems, fuel cell systems, hydrogen refuelling station (HRS), hydrogen blending system, and hydrogen storage units, insulators, conductors, transmission line towers, stringing tools, power transmission, and substation services,” the company mentioned.
