VJ Industries and Advait Greenergy, a subsidiary of Advait Energy Transitions, have announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on hydrogen storage systems and associated infrastructure for green hydrogen and clean energy projects in India.

The MoU was signed at the recently concluded India Energy Week (IEW) 2026 in Goa.

The MoU covers cooperation across EPC, Build-Own-Operate (BOO), and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) models, with a focus on integrating hydrogen storage solutions into hydrogen production plants and related infrastructure. The partnership aims to support the development of reliable, scalable, and execution-ready hydrogen assets across the country.

The collaboration will bring together VJ Industries’ expertise in designing, engineering, manufacturing, and supplying hydrogen storage and industrial gas solutions, while AGPL will contribute its strengths in EPC execution, balance-of-system integration, and large-scale project delivery, the company stated.

Additionally, Advait Greenergy also signed an MoU with US-based Power to Hydrogen to advance AEM electrolyser–based green hydrogen projects in India.

“The collaboration combines P2H2’s Hybrid AEM electrolyser technology, designed for renewable-integrated and low-CAPEX hydrogen production, with AGPL’s EPC execution and balance-of-plant capabilities to enable scalable, execution-ready hydrogen solutions,” stated Advait Greenergy.
