Advait Energy Transitions Appoints Vimal Kishore Yadav as COO

Advait Energy Transitions (AETL), a publicly listed energy infrastructure and clean energy solutions company, has announced the appointment of Vimal Kishore Yadav as Chief Operating Officer (COO). With nearly two decades of experience across government institutions, public sector undertakings and private enterprises, his appointment marks an important step in strengthening Advait's leadership as the company accelerates its expansion across India's power infrastructure and energy transition landscape.

Yadav brings extensive experience in business transformation, strategic partnerships, operational excellence and the execution of large-scale energy infrastructure projects. Prior to joining Advait, Yadav spent a decade with Energy Efficiency Services (EESL), a joint venture of public sector undertakings NTPC, Power Grid Corporation of India, REC and Power Finance Corporation, under the Ministry of Power, Government of India.

In his role as COO, Yadav will focus on accelerating business growth, strengthening operational capabilities, identifying new business opportunities and supporting the execution of Advait's strategic priorities. His responsibilities will centre on building organisational efficiencies and enabling the company to scale its operations while maintaining execution discipline across its expanding business portfolio.

His experience across conventional power infrastructure and emerging clean energy technologies aligns with Advait's approach of combining established engineering and manufacturing expertise with opportunities arising from India's transition towards a more diversified and sustainable energy ecosystem.
