Advait Energy Transitions (AETL) and Manipal Energy Infratech (MEIL), a company of The Manipal Group, have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate in delivering next-generation energy and infrastructure solutions across India and international markets. The partnership will focus on jointly pursuing opportunities in Power Transmission and Distribution, Renewable Energy, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Green Hydrogen, Electrolyzers, High-Temperature Low-Sag (HTLS) Conductors, Optical Ground Wire (OPGW), Emergency Restoration Systems (ERS) and advanced EPC solutions.

By combining Advait Energy Transitions' expertise in innovative energy technologies and manufacturing with MEIL's proven EPC execution capabilities and project management expertise, the two organisations aim to deliver integrated, sustainable and future-ready infrastructure solutions that support the global energy transition.

Commenting on the collaboration, Shalin Sheth, Founder and Managing Director, Advait Energy Transitions, said, "India's power and energy sectors are evolving rapidly, creating opportunities that increasingly require multidisciplinary expertise and strong execution capabilities. This collaboration brings together complementary strengths that will enable both organisations to pursue larger and more integrated opportunities across power infrastructure and clean energy. We look forward to working closely with MEIL to deliver solutions that support the country's long-term energy transition."

As part of the cooperation, Advait Energy Transitions will support MEIL in identifying and executing opportunities in emerging sectors such as BESS, Green Hydrogen, electrolysers, fuel cells and Solar EPC. In turn, MEIL will support Advait in strengthening its technical qualifications, business presence and execution capabilities across underground cabling, substations, transmission and distribution infrastructure. The companies will jointly assess suitable opportunities and determine clearly defined scopes of work for each project.

The agreement is intended to create long-term value by combining the technical expertise, resources and market presence of both organisations. Beyond project execution, the collaboration seeks to enhance qualification credentials, improve delivery capabilities and support participation in larger domestic and international opportunities across power transmission, renewable energy, energy storage and other emerging energy transition sectors.
