Under the contract, Advait Energy will supply, install, test, and commission 11 kV 55 sq mm AAAC Medium Voltage Covered Conductors (MVCC) along with associated accessories across DGVCL’s jurisdiction area. The project will strengthen power distribution infrastructure and support rural and agricultural electrification initiatives in Gujarat.

DGVCL, a domestic power distribution utility, awarded the contract with an execution timeline of 18 months. The total order value stands at INR 99.99 crore, inclusive of taxes, the company disclosed in its regulatory filing to the BSE.

Advait Energy confirmed that the order does not involve any related-party transactions and that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in the awarding entity.
