Adani Green Energy’s (AGEL) arm, Adani Wind Energy Kutchh Five has commenced 130 MW Wind Power Plant at Kutchh in Gujarat.

The plant has a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) of 130 MW with Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) at the rate of INR 2.83/kWh.

With the establishment of this plant, AGEL’s operational wind generation capacity has expanded to 1,101 MW and the overall operational renewable generation capacity has expanded to 8,216 MW.

This marks AGEL’s overall renewable portfolio on track to attain its target of 45 GW capacity by the year 2030.

The newly commenced plant will be managed by the Adani Group’s intelligent ‘Energy Network Operation Centre’ (ENOC) platform, which has persistently demonstrated and supported AGEL in reaching the high operational performance of its whole renewable portfolio spanned throughout diverse locations in India.

Adani Green Energy has one of the largest renewable portfolios of 20.4 GW including operating, under-construction and projects serving investment-grade counterparties.
