ACME Solar Reports Revenue of INR 1,575 Cr in FY25, PAT up by 130.7 Percent
ACME Solar Holdings reported robust growth in FY25, with revenue rising by 7.4 percent to INR 1,575 crore from INR 1,464 crore in FY24, and Profit After Tax (PAT) surging by 130.7 percent to INR 251 crore from INR 109 crore. During the year, 1,200 MW of solar projects were commissioned, with an additional 165 MW commissioned in May 2025.

In FY25, the ACME Solar Holdings’ revenue increased by 7.4 percent to INR 1,575 crore from INR 1,464 crore in FY24. The company’s Profit after Tax (PAT) increased by 130.7 percent to INR 251 crore in FY25 from INR 109 crore in FY24.
In Q4 FY25, the company’s revenue increased by 69.5 percent on a year-on-year basis, driven by the addition of 1,200 MW in capacity. The company reported a healthy EBITDA margin of 90.5 percent in Q4 FY25, while the PAT margin stood at 22.6 percent for the same period.
During the year, 1,200 MW of solar projects were commissioned, with an additional 165 MW commissioned in May 2025, marking a 101.9 percent increase from FY24. The company won 1,900 MW of new projects comprising 1,000 MW FDRE, 600 MW solar and 300 MW hybrid projects during the year, bringing its total portfolio to 6,970 MW. Power purchase agreements (PPAs) were signed for 1,890 MW.
The company achieved a capacity utilization factor (CUF) of 25.6 percent, generating 4,013 million units (MUs), which represents a 55.2 percent increase from FY24. Its balance sheet was further strengthened through an equity raise, improving the net debt-to-net worth ratio to 1.7x. Additionally, debt refinancing worth INR 7,700 crore was tied up, resulting in an average reduction of approximately 75 basis points in debt cost for the refinanced projects.
Commenting on the annual performance, Manoj Kumar Upadhyay, Chairperson and MD, ACME Solar Holdings Ltd, said, “As India’s energy landscape evolves, ACME Solar is well-positioned to lead the transition towards integrated, scalable, and firm renewable energy solutions. FY25 has been a remarkable year for us. We significantly expanded our operational portfolio and successfully commissioned our largest single-location project – 1,200 MW SECI ISTS solar project. This capacity build-out, aligned with disciplined capital structuring, is now translating into stronger earnings performance. In Q4 FY25, our revenue rose by 70 percent year-on-year to INR 539 crore, while EBITDA surged 118 percent to INR 488 crore.”
He further added, “As we continue to scale our presence in the hybrid and FDRE space, our business is becoming more resilient and future ready. With over 4,265 MW under construction and strong alignment across stakeholders, we are confident in our ability to deliver sustained growth and long-term value creation.”
Upadhyay stated that the company is targeting a contracted capacity portfolio of 10 GW by 2030, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable growth and energy transition leadership.
In another development, ACME Solar Holdings has announced the commissioning of second phase of 112.5 MW out of 300 MW solar power project in Rajasthan.
“Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, ACME Sikar Solar Pvt. Ltd., has now commissioned Phase-II of 112.5 MW of the said project on May 19, 2025,” stated the company in a regulatory filing.
The company intimated earlier that the Phase-I capacity of 52.5 MW was operationalised on May 9, 2025. And, with this ACME Sikar Solar has achieved a commissioned capacity of 165 MW out of 300 MW and the balance capacity is under commissioning, it said.
With this, the total operational renewable energy capacity of ACME Solar has increased to 2,705 MW.
