ACME Solar Reports 103.8 Percent Increase in Revenue to INR 601 Cr in Q2 FY26, PAT Surges to INR 115 Cr
ACME Solar Holdings reported a 103.8 percent year-on-year rise in Q2 FY26 revenue to INR 601 crore, driven by capacity addition and higher CUF. The company’s profit after tax (PAT) surged by a massive 652.1 percent to INR 115 crore in the quarter.

ACME Solar Holdings has reported a 103.8 percent y-o-y increase in total revenue to INR 601 crore in Q2 FY26, driven by capacity addition and higher capacity utilization factor (CUF). As for half-yearly performance, in H1 FY26, its revenue has increased to INR 1,185 crore – registering an 86.6 percent y-o-y rise from INR 635 crore in H1 FY25.
The company’s profit after tax (PAT) in Q2 FY 26 increased by a massive 652.1 percent to INR 115 crore from INR 15 crore reported in Q2 FY25. In H1 FY26, PAT has soared by 1,373.4 percent to INR 246 crore from INR 17 crore registered in H1 FY25.
During the quarter, the company partially commissioned 28 MW out of 100 MW wind project in Gujarat, taking the cumulative H1 FY26 YTD commissioned capacity to 378 MW. It also won 720 MW/2,460 MWh (Solar + ESS: 670 MW/2,240 MWh, FDRE: 50 MW/220 MWh) and 550 MWh standalone BESS capacity.
The company signed PPAs for 50 MW/220 MWh FDRE and 550 MWh standalone BESS, taking the cumulative H1 FY26 YTD PPA signed capacity to 600 MW/ 1,350 MWh and 550 MWh
The company also ordered an additional 2 GWh BESS from a global energy system supplier taking total BESS ordered to 5.1 GWh.
Commenting on the quarterly performance, Manoj Kumar Upadhyay, Chairperson and MD, ACME Solar Holdings, said, “Our quarterly performance underscores the continued strength of our renewable portfolio and our operational discipline. With higher generation and improved efficiency, we delivered resilient financial performance – achieving more than 100 percent growth in EBITDA on y-o-y basis.”
He further added, “In October 2025, we successfully installed a 10 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) on a pilot basis in Rajasthan. Looking ahead, phased delivery of the 5.1 GWh BESS order is expected to commence in December, with staged commissioning from Q4 FY26 onwards. Further, our continued focus on timely project execution, operational excellence and disciplined capital allocation – combined with ongoing efforts to optimise financing costs – shall keep on strengthening the balance sheet.”
ACME Solar has an operational capacity of 2,918 MW and under construction capacity of 4,472 MW including 13.5 GWh of BESS installation, the company stated.
