ACME Solar Operationalises Additional 12 MW Wind Power Project in Gujarat

ACME Solar Holdings has commissioned an additional 12 MW at its Surendranagar wind project in Gujarat, taking the operational capacity to 68 MW as part of the phased development of the 100 MW project.

ACME Solar Holdings has announced the commissioning of an additional 12 MW of its wind power project located in Surendranagar, Gujarat, through its subsidiary ACME Eco Clean Energy.
 
This takes the wind project's total operational capacity to 68 MW out of the total 100 MW being commissioned in phases, the company stated.
 
The ACME Eco Clean Energy wind power project has been financed through Power Finance Corporation (PFC) and constructed through in-house EPC capabilities of the company by deploying SANY's 4 MW turbines, it said.
 
The power generated from the project will be sold through the 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) signed between ACME Eco Clean and Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam (GUVNL).
 
ACME Solar is an integrated renewable energy player with a diversified portfolio spanning solar, wind, storage, FDRE and hybrid solutions and an operational capacity of 2,958 MW and under construction capacity of 4,562 MW, including about 15 GWh of BESS installation.
