ACME Solar Holdings Signs 450 MW / 1,800 MWh ISTS-Linked Peak Power Agreements with SJVN
Under the agreements, ACME Solar will provide four hours of assured peak power during non-solar hours with 90 percent availability on both a monthly and annual basis.

ACME Solar Holdings has signed two power purchase agreements (PPAs) with SJVN for a total capacity of 450 MW with 1,800 MWh of storage-backed supply.
The agreements were signed through its subsidiary, ACME Greentech Seventh Pvt. Ltd., for a period of 25 years.
The projects were awarded under the Tranche-FDRE-4 tender issued under Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) guidelines. An e-reverse auction for the tender was held on October 9, 2025, and the letter of award was issued on November 10, 2025.
Under the agreements, ACME Solar will provide four hours of assured peak power during non-solar hours with 90 percent availability on both a monthly and annual basis. The projects will be connected to the interstate transmission system (ISTS) substations and will utilise night-time grid connectivity available with the company in high-irradiation zones in Rajasthan.
Following the latest agreements, ACME Solar has signed PPAs for 1,690 MW in the current financial year, taking its total PPA-signed capacity to 6,270 MW.
