ACME Solar Commissions Incremental 112.5 MW at ACME Sikar Solar Power Project in Rajasthan

ACME Solar has commissioned the second phase (112.5 MW) of its 300 MW ACME Sikar solar power project in Bikaner, Rajasthan, bringing the total operational capacity to 165 MW. The project is anticipated to generate approximately 780 million units of clean energy annually, once fully commissioned.

ACME Solar Holdings Ltd. (ACME Solar) has announced the commissioning of second phase of 112.5 MW out of 300 MW solar power project in Rajasthan.

The company has successfully commissioned second phase of ACME Sikar Solar power project in Bikaner, Rajasthan on May 19, 2025. This newly commissioned capacity of 112.5 MW follows the initial commissioned capacity of 52.5 MW in early May, shared the company in a statement.

With this development, the total commissioned capacity of the project stands at 165 MW out of planned 300 MW, with the remaining capacity currently under commissioning, it said.

This milestone increases the operational capacity of ACME Solar from 2,592.5 MW to 2,705 MW underscoring the company's commitment to fast-track project execution and expand its clean energy portfolio.

This project is anticipated to generate approximately 780 million units of clean energy annually, once fully commissioned. “The power generated from the project will be sold on power exchanges on merchant basis and it shall be suitably allocated based on optimal commercial utilisation,” it said.
