ACME Solar Arm Signs 450 MW FDRE PPA with SJVN
ACME Solar, through its arm ACME Greentech Seventh, has signed two PPAs with SJVN for a cumulative of 450 MW of FDRE capacity at a tariff of INR 6.64 per unit.

ACME Solar has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary ACME Greentech Seventh has executed two Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with SJVN for contract capacities of 300 MW and 150 MW, aggregating to a total capacity of 450 MW under a Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) Power Project.
The company secured the projects at a tariff of INR 6.64 per unit, ACME Solar stated in a regulatory filing.
It further added that the Scheduled Commencement of Supply Date (SCSD) is on March 1, 2028, and the PPA tenure is for 25 years from the date of SCSD.
Last month, ACME Solar received LoA for a 220 MW Solar with Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project in Madhya Pradesh from Rewa Ultra Mega Solar. The project is part of a 440 MW tender floated by RUMSL for the Morena Solar Park in Madhya Pradesh.
ACME Solar has a diversified portfolio of 8,071 MW spanning solar, wind, storage, FDRE and hybrid solutions and an operational contracted capacity of 2,966 MW and under-construction contracted capacity of 5,105 MW, including about 17 GWh of BESS installation. The under-construction PPA signed portfolio stands at 2,664 MW, the company stated.
