ACME Platinum Urja Signs PPA with SECI for 200 MW Solar with Battery Storage Project
ACME Solar Holdings Ltd., through its subsidiary ACME Platinum Urja Pvt Ltd. has signed 25-year PPA with SECI for 200 MW solar with 100 MW/400 MWh battery storage at INR 3.42/unit, taking PPAs to 5.38 GW.

ACME Solar Holdings Ltd, through its subsidiary ACME Platinum Urja Pvt Ltd, has signed a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with SECI Ltd for a 200 MW solar project paired with a 100 MW/400 MWh energy storage system. The tariff is set at INR 3.42 per unit.
The agreement completes PPA coverage for the 350 MW capacity awarded to ACME by SECI in July 2024. The company had earlier signed a PPA for 150 MW in October 2024.
Under the contract, ACME Solar must deliver a CUF of 25–27 percent during solar hours and maintain minimum availability of 70 percent monthly and 85 percent annually during evening peak hours. The project is slated for commissioning by June 2027, supported by connectivity approvals already in place.
With this signing, ACME Solar has secured PPAs for 800 MW of contracted capacity, including 2,320 MWh of storage, so far this financial year, taking its total PPA-signed portfolio to 5.38 GW.
As per the firm, ACME Solar has 2,934 MW of operational contracted capacity and 4,456 MW under construction, including 13.5 GWh of battery storage.
